How long does it take for my custom apparel to ship?
Since each piece at Brock Black Customs is handcrafted to order, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is dispatched.
What is your return policy on custom items?
Due to the personalized nature of our custom gear, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
How should I care for my custom printed garments?
To preserve the longevity of the print and fabric, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and hanging to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the custom graphics.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We begin the design process almost immediately. You may request changes within 12 hours of placing your order, but we cannot guarantee modifications once production has started.
