At Brock Black Customs, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our bespoke apparel and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard items. To ensure a seamless experience, please ensure that all garments are returned in their original, unworn condition with all custom tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your apparel and place it in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
